> Mick Hart Steroid Book
Mick
Hart’s popular book, The Layman’s
Guide to Steroids, provides ample instructions and resources
concerning the proper use of steroids in bodybuilding. It
goes into detail about which steroids to use, how to use them,
and how they can benefit someone trying to put on muscle weight.
Hart makes
many bold claims and attempts to dispel rumors and stereotypes
and prove the critics of steroid use wrong by giving clear
cut examples of how taking performance enhancing drugs can
be done in an effective and safe manner. But, does Mick Hart
practice what he preaches? The answer is a resounding “yes!”
Mick Hart
has been a world renowned bodybuilding trainer for over 25
years. His training has proven quite effective and he is credited
with 80 first place finishes in high level bodybuilding competitions.
He has given interviews on BBC as well as numerous other media
outlets and contributes articles to international bodybuilding
magazines and writes and publishes his own steroid magazine
called “No Bull Collection,” when he is not busy
training. With such an impressive history, it is safe to believe
that Mick Hart knows steroids and what he writes can be taken
to the bank.
Mick Hart
himself has trained as a bodybuilder. This personal experience
as well as a quarter century of personally training professional
bodybuilders has led to a demand for Hart’s expertise
in the area of designing and building gyms in the UK. He has
completed more than 450 to date.
Mick Hart
is able to praise and curse different steroids and performance
enhancing drugs because he has used them himself during his
career. His personal successes and failures with a variety
of steroids have given him the knowledge necessary to recommend
and warn against certain drugs. His advice given to those
looking to use steroids for bodybuilding purposes is from
firsthand experience, so it can be trusted.
Mick Hart
challenges negative stereotypes attached to steroid abuse
head on and disputes the negative portrayal of the drugs in
the media. He does not deny or downplay the potentially risky
side effects that exist. He instead explains that these side
effects come from abusing steroids and not from proper application.
They can be avoided by minimizing steroid use and optimizing
workout sessions.
To put
his money where his mouth is, so to speak, Mick Hart used
his own 23 year old son, Chris, to prove that the instructions
provided in The Layman’s
Guide to Steroids are indeed effective, yet healthy. After
only 11 months of taking a minimum amount of steroids and
strict training, Chris had developed large amounts of muscle
mass and was even able to qualify for a bodybuilding competition.
Given his years of experience with both his own body and the
bodies of numerous successful bodybuilders, it can be said
that Mick Hart (and even his son) does indeed practice what
he preaches. Mick Hart is no scientist and never claims to
be, but he is a survivor of the sometimes brutal bodybuilding
scene, which makes his advice all the more valuable.
